Erion has been playing with Soul Rebels since 2005, but his love for music started earlier in his life. He got his start playing the saxophone in elementary school at 10 years old. From there, he went on to enroll in St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, where he became a member and, most notably, a drum major of the world-famous St. Augustine Marching 100 He has a degree in Music Liberal Arts from Xavier University of Louisiana. He also was a member of the X.U. Symphonic Band and Jazz Ensemble. Before joining Soul Rebels, Erion had seen stints in the Mahogany and Stooges Brass Bands.
